A deep, elegant Nebbiolo. Cherry, raspberry, dried rose, liquorice, tobacco and cocoa accompany silky tannins and a long, enveloping finish.

- Hand harvest, 48 hours of cold maceration at 4 °C and about 10 days of skin fermentation with some whole bunches. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in wood.

- 16–18 °C
